How long does a typical house take?

As a guide, up to 150m² of external wall panels can be installed in about three days by one crew, with render and paint following. Exact program depends on access, frame readiness and weather — your quote includes a realistic timeline.

Our own crews also do the rendering, texture coating and painting, so the whole wall system is delivered and warranted by one contractor.

One crew from frame to finished wall

Most Hebel jobs involve three separate trades: an installer, a renderer, a painter. When render cracks a year later, each one points at the other two. We remove that problem — the same company installs the panels, cuts the movement joints, applies the coating system and paints the finish. One contract, one warranty, one phone number if anything needs attention.

Why it matters: Hebel panels must be coated with a compliant, vapour-permeable system (not plain paint) within about 60 days of installation, or the manufacturer warranty is at risk. Because we control both stages, that window is never missed.

Plans in — send drawings by email; we quote from the Hebel layout and engineer’s drawings, not a guess over the phone.
Quote out — itemised scope: supply, install, joints, coating system, paint. You see exactly what’s included.
Install — panels fixed to manufacturer specification
Coat and finish — render and coating applied within the manufacturer’s window, then painted.
Handover — finished, warranted wall system.

What drives the price

We quote per project, not per square metre off a rate card, because these factors move the number: total panel area and panel type, single or double storey and access, frame condition, number of openings and penetrations, coating and finish selection, and site location. Send plans and you’ll get a firm itemised quote. Scaffold and frame rectification are quoted separately when required, so there are no surprises mid-job.
